Risk Management For HY Company Capital Investment

A successful venture capital(VC) can promote the rapid development of enterprises, financing, at the same time bring high returns for the VC firm. However, from the actual effect of risk investment, investment success rate is extremely low, high risks in venture investment are seen as an important reason of the low success rate of investment. Based on this background of potential risk for HY company capital increase projects, this thesis tries to strengthen risk awareness and improve the success rate of investment and provide reference for VC firm and financing enterprises.This thesis firstly studies the domestic and foreign research status of risk investment and risk management, puts forward the research content and research method, describes the basic theory of the capital increase theory, risk management, investment risk management, and shows the generic structure in the graphically way. Then, this paper introduces the project risk firms and venture investment enterprises from corporate strategy, capital, ownership structure and other aspects of the HY company capital project requirements analysis, using PEST analysis, SWOT analysis of the feasibility of investment projects, and gives the project investment highlights, and thus concluding that the HY company investment effect of investment projects is feasible. Subsequently, this paper identifies the risk of HY company capital increase through field investigation, expert review and brainstorming method, and finds that the risk is divided into external and internal risk. For these defined risks, an integrated risk evaluation approach combining expert evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed for risk assessment. In terms of the results of the proposed model, the comprehensive rankings of risks from high to low are the financial risk, investment risk, environmental risk, organization of production safety risk. Finally, this thesis proposes some prevention and control measurements for HY company capital increase risk from three aspects including the management, prediction and supervision of the investment risk.
