With the change in level and habits of consumption, female consumers pay moreattention to features in fashion when buying clothes. Popularity becomes the mostimportant part in fashion. The diversity and complicacy of popularity promptsclothing companies to change operational decisions, improve capacity for respondingquickly to the clothing production requirements of small volume, variety, short cycle,and rapid changes. Suit-dress enterprises in Hangzhou with the single style are onlyconcerned with functional features, so it is hard for the enterprise to adapt to thechange that makes serious overstock. Therefore, it’s very essential to predict fashioncolors accurately to identify the changes of the demand in the market, and then,control the stock very flexibly and effectively.Currently, Hang-style suit-dress companies mostly forecast fashion color by themethods of subjective judgment or analysis of sales data only in demand-side, andthese methods of prediction make are inaccurate because of the lack of theoretical andanalytical data which need to be complete and co mprehensive. With the formation ofthe supply chain network and the development of social media and e-commerce, thereare a great amount of forecasting data in each node of the supply chain network,including supply-side data and demand-side data. Predicting fashion color trends byanalyzing these data can avoid the traditional issues, such as the inaccuracy of theprediction only based on the demand-side data.Based on the theory of supply chain management and complex networks, thispaper is focusing on a deep study in the theory of related literature of basic theoryabout the color, the color technology, completing network link prediction and MarkovChain at home and abroad, and proposing the thought of prediction for fashion colorabout Hang-style suit-dress in the view of the supply chain network. Guided by thesystem thought, this paper uses the web data mining to obtain business data, analyzesthe data of Hang-style women’s supply chain in both sides of the supply and sales, andestablishes regression model and Markov model to get the conclusion for providingguidance in the production and decision-making for the enterprise. This paper proposes to regard the data of popular color released by authorities asupstream fabric supplier data by analyzing the fit about the color data provided by thedomestic authority and several large fabric suppliers in Alibaba web site, and forecastthe fashion color in the angle of supply side. At the same time, the essay regards thesales data of suit-dress of Hang-style in2013-2014in spring and summer asdownstream final consumer data, adjusting the prediction results to make the resultsmore accurate and reasonable, and improves the efficiency of the whole network insupply chain of the garment.
