The Training Mechanism For Science And Technology Talents In Peasant Professional Cooperatives Under The Background Of Urban Agriculture

Wuqing District of Tianjin is the only county which has been elected as the second group of national modern demonstration zones in January,2012. It became one of the twenty one agricultural reform and construction demonstration zones. Therefore, the agricultural construction in Wuqing District was given special attention and support. The research is mainly aimed at the training mechanism for science and technology talents in peasant professional cooperatives in Wuqing District, promoting the development in peasant professional cooperatives through the training mechanism for science and technology talents, which were the strong support and effective carrier of urban agricultural construction in Wuqing District, finding the solutions of the problems in talents shortage of the cooperatives. The solutions and approaches are of great significance in accelerating the agricultural industry.The thesis combs the domestic and overseas research, and defines the relative concept of the science and technology talents in peasant professional cooperatives under the manpower capital theories and study theories, analyzing the relationship among the urban agriculture, the peasant professional cooperatives and the science and technology talents in agricultural field. Based on the discussion, questionnaire and documents, the paper includes the research in the development of the peasant professional cooperatives and the present situation in the training for the science and technology talents in the cooperatives, summarizing the current problems among the science and technology talents and analyzing the relative reasons. In the following part, the paper summarizes the overseas experience in the training for the science and technology talents in the peasant professional cooperatives. Through researching, I think we can use the creative training approach as the promoting power, perfect the education system as the base, train the relative talents in cooperatives as the main task, and get the support from the government as the guarantee. Finally, with the combination of development and present situation in Wuqing District, the paper analyzes the training for the science and technology talents in cooperatives, constructing the training mechanisms which include the intrinsic force, the operation and the external assurance, providing the relative suggestions in the perspectives of China, Wuqing District and the peasant professional cooperatives from the macro-middle-micro-scale levels.
