Taking listed company SA Garments Limited as an example, analyzing its inventory management status, to extract a solution to supply chain optimization. The solution of surplus inventory contains forecasting market demand through supply chain theory, improving the company’s and franchisee’ inventory management, building fast response supply chain to accommodate customized alternatives and optimizing warehousing and distribution management. The implement protection of the program include establishing supply chain cooperation mechanisms, building inventory management information system, improvement production management processes, etc.This thesis is practice oriented, we hope the solution we put forward could provide guidance for SA Garments Limited to optimize inventory management and achieve a better future development.
