Inventory Management Optimization Of S Garment Enterprise

With the increasing competition in the apparel industry at home and abroad,in today's rapidly changing market environment,major clothing brands are trying to seek new breakthroughs by taking advantage of new information technologies.The management of supply chain in garment industry,from planning and design to final production,involves various links and is extremely complicated.Whether the operation efficiency of the whole supply chain could be improved and the supply chain resources could be integrated will become the key factor to determine whether the clothing enterprises could continue to operate and ensure profitability.In addition,during the daily work,the author found that the problem of huge inventory,not only the enterprise,and even for the entire clothing industry,is a long-standing headache.The inventory quantity of the whole garment industry is large,which occupies large capital of garment enterprises,and also causes a huge waste of social resources.This thesis took S clothing enterprises as the research object,from two perspectives production and sales,which caused the huge inventory problem,used the ideas of supply chain management and marketing strategy framework,based on the enterprise daily complex workflow,found out the key point to solve the problem of huge inventory from the two processes which are the product planning and development process and the order management process,and combined with the research achievements of data applications,and then put forward some proposals on improving the accuracy of prediction and enhancing the speed of additional orders and other aspects for the solution of the problem.At the same time,the author hopes that the research on this topic could not only help the enterprise to solve practical management problems,but also contribute to the overall operation level of China's garment industry.
