Study On Negative List Mechanism Within China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone

In recent years, the investment management agreement with the main features of thenegative list has becoming an international trade rules and new trends in the negotiations.Shanghai Free Trade Experimental Area was formally established. in September29,2013.The Shanghai Municipal People’s Government formally promulgated the announcement ofChina (Shanghai) free trade access to the test area of foreign investment in particularmanagement measures (negative list)(2013). Next day, which is the major changes ofShanghai FTZ investment management model.
