Service outsourcing enhances the comprehensiveinternational competitiveness indispensable method and strategy in our country, at thesame time, because the service outsourcing is a very important part of service trade,so in promoting service trade development, optimizing the structure of trade inservices industry and realize the goal of service trade surplus three aspects, serviceoutsourcing have positive significance.Collect the latest data, this paper adopts the method of comparative study will bein China and India to undertake offshore service outsourcing development status ofanalysis and research, found in China and there is a huge gap in the offshore serviceoutsourcing industry in India, but there are a variety of reasons, this paper hopesthrough the comparison and the analysis of the reason to the service outsourcingindustry in our country, and the problems existing in the feasibility suggestions are putforward.Through the present situation of the development of both China and India serviceoutsourcing and the comparative study shows that the two countries on the scale ofthe service outsourcing and a considerable distance, the main market distribution isdifferent, the degree of the development of the economic environment is different, thedecisive role in the protection of intellectual property rights issues in China still has alot of work to do, such as the financing channels of our country is not enough clear.So, China’s relevant government departments, social organizations, and every serviceoutsourcing enterprises should take measures, such as： perfect the protection ofintellectual property rights, multi-media training required for service outsourcingtalents, in Japan and South Korea, on the basis of market share, explore the Europeanand American market, etc.
