In recent years, with the constant improvement of China’s comprehensive nationalstrength, China’s real estate industry rapid development unceasingly, the masses of housingneed to continuously strengthen rigidity, the width and depth of the housingcommercialization is in constant increase, the real estate industry has gradually become one ofthe pillar industries. Countries have introduced a series of real estate regulation and controlmeasures, industry competition is increasingly fierce, the role of the real estate marketmarketing to pivotal position. Real estate marketing strategy of the scientific and accurate, itwill directly decide the success of a real estate project development. BZ project faced with themarket environment of real estate company marketing strategy of how to make wise choicesis worth studying.Based on TC property BZ projects as the carrier, using the relevant theories of marketingand management, combined with the basis, investigating the HengShui city real estate market,analyzes the demand of the consumers, from the macro market environment, the micro areaenvironment two aspects to analysis the project facing the marketing environment, and usingthe SWOT analysis in the marketing, advantages and disadvantages of the project itself andthe external market facing the opportunities and threats in the list is clear, and then accordingto market analysis and positioning, scientific and accurate, respectably from the product intothe market, product, price, sales channels, advertising executive, after-sales service and otheraspects the TC property company BZ project integrated marketing strategy, this paperexpounds in detail and, finally according to different stages of project facing the situation,summed up the unique marketing strategy implementation and control. In this paper, theidentified integrated marketing solutions, proactive, overall, systematic and innovative, so thatwe can make the enterprise is in the process of operation rules and directions.Hope the research results of this paper can for TC real estate companies and real estateenterprises of the same type have certain realistic significance.
