The research on coal enterprise sales management and control mode is for a longtime. Initially, the coal companies from single mine as a basic single operatingentity. Coal sales is the key link in enterprise management.With the deepening reform of coal resources, country conducted large-scale coalenterprises mergers and acquisitions work, gradually formed Coal Company,Coal Energy Group, and Large Coal Enterprise Groups Mining diversifieddevelopment. With the completion of the reorganization merger, the large coalenterprises management scope and management depth are increased, internaland external operating environment is also more complex. The managementcommunication between parent company and subsidiaries becomes increasinglydifficult, resulting management costs continue to increase. China’s large coalenterprises face a server challenge to enhance their self control ability. Coal salesis the key of coal production operations, which occupies an important position inthe coal business management system. How to do cross-regional salesmanagement and control, and the sales subsidiaries, how to enhance the Group’scentralized control, and enhance overall strategic synergy, how to promoteinternal resource sharing, and avoid business risks, how to stimulate internalvitality, and improve operational efficiency, how to ensure safe production, ect.,is an important research topic of the current coal enterprise management.In this paper, from the perspective of management information, in view of withthe problem of the traditional across regional sales management and control inlarge coal enterprises, the author innovative discussed how to build the coalenterprises across regional sales management and control system based on IT;discussed how to use the information systems to cured sales managementprocesses, how to use IT to solve the group’s production units and subsidiariesdispersed geographical location, ownership structure is complex, diverseproducts, sales price differences, uniform pricing difficult, complex factors suchas financial settlement coal companies to bring control issues; discussed how touse new technology to predict coal sales trends, assist the coal enterprises graspthe pulse of the market and gain a competitive advantage; discussed how to useinformation technology to effective manage subsidiaries and business units, tohelp large coal groups across the region to improve sales management andcontrol capability, to complete transformation of enterprise sales managementand control model, to reduce operating costs and business risks, to improveoperational efficiency, to achieve corporate strategic objectives, Ultimately, toimprove the overall strength of the Group.Taken the large-scale coal enterprises--GZ Energy Group as an example, theauthor discussed the GZ Energy Group sales management and control model.Using the advanced information technology, the author put forward thefollowing suggestion, optimal management organizational structure, establishingdata transmission, compatible unified and differentiated management, utilizationdata, building a management information system platform.
