With the continuous development of China’s science and technology, the relationship between different enterprises are increasingly closer. The competitiveness of enterprises and ultimately must be competitive human resources. Compensation management as the core of human resource management, human resource strategy for achieving the company’s overall strategy and plays an irreplaceable role. Companies to attract better talent, compensation is one of the core elements. Enterprises need to design scientific and reasonable compensation system, stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity to attract and retain business development needs talents are crucial aspects of the human resources strategy to achieve, but also a key to long-term business development strategy the work.Based on the Company’s existing remuneration system HZ investigation, analysis, combined with the actual needs of HZ and market development company, to find out at this stage of the remuneration system problems and for its internal equity and external competitiveness, the company designed a more HZ compensation system in order to improve the scientific management of human resources, effective personal goals motivate employees is consistent with the business goals, thereby maximizing corporate profits. Also has important reference for other companies in the same industry.The first part of the article on the research background and significance to make a presentation, the second part is related to the existing compensation management, incentive-related basic theory theories do a review, including the meaning and function of compensation, the salary management in different fields of management and economics in theory, for subsequent compensation system designed to provide a theoretical groundwork. The third part is the status of the development of HZ Company and the remuneration system were discussed, including the company’s profile and status of the existing pay system, and proposed compensation system analyzes the existing problems and the cause of the problem. The fourth part of the HZ remuneration system design, including the design goals, design principles, design ideas and guidance strategies have made elaborate on, and finally to the implementation of the security system were discussed.
