Since our country put forward the "one belt and one way" initiative,a number of Chinese enterprises have achieved the overseas journey of "going abroad".Competition is also increasingly fierce in some key investment countries and regions.At present,the project of "China-Pakistan Economy Corridor" is in the stage of rapid development.The influx of a large number of domestic infrastructure enterprises makes the competition for talents more and more fierce.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend to pay attention to the design and optimization of the company’s compensation system.After HJ Group entered the Pakistan infrastructure market in 2015 and established HJ Pakistan Company,it developed rapidly,but also had its own troubles.As some managers and technicians resigned because of the current compensation system,the company directors have to reassess the current compensation system.This study is also carried out accordingly.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part introduces the research background,research significance and methods;the second part introduces the relevant theory of compensation system,describes the current situation and development trend of the overseas compensation system;the third part introduces the research object of HJ Pakistani company’s compensation system,as well as its existing problems;the fourth part focuses on the existing problems of HJ Pakistani company’s compensation system.The fifth part is to guarantee the implementation of the optimized salary system.The sixth part is the achievements and prospects of the whole research work.
