As our economy slows down,the enterprise's survival and development are faced with influences from the international economic situation,competitions from the same industries,the policies of protecting environment,safety,and the raised compensations.So,the enterprise should pay more attentions to optimize and enhance the internal management,improve the work efficiency.Many enterprises,especially the middle and small-sized enterprises,because of the lacking in Anti-risk level,going concern and the idea of the administrators.In the management of compensation,the old system has a gap with the development of modern Human-Resource management.So,using the newest theory of compensation management and schemes to optimize the old compensation system are helpful to motivate the enthusiasm and promote the positivities.In this paper,the LYDY company's compensation system is the research object,through reading and clearing up some related literature and datum,considering the developing and compensation strategy,using questionnaire survey,interviews and quantitative analysis to understand and research the Human-Resource and the compensation system of LYDY company.Base on the problems of compensation structure,stimulation,fairness,post matching,considering the internal and external environments,confirming the general idea,using the job analysis,Job Evaluation and the performance indicator system,the compensation level of different positions,establishing the pattern between position and performance,then optimizing the compensation solution and put forward the safeguard measures from the organization,institution,technology and culture,enhance the internal management level.
