Because of the rapid development of social economy and technology, human resources and business knowledge are the essentials of its daily operations."The people foremost" management, becomes the power of enterprise development, also becomes core resource which influenced enterprise survival and development. Company G, the professional BPO(Business Process Outsourcing) service provider, is talent-intensive&knowledge-intensive, which means its human resources cost is facing the pressure&challenge of the rising of labor force pricing in the market, influence from inefficiency in onboard business knowledge training&inefficiency in daily transaction in some internal processes. As human resources cost is the main cost in its daily operations, effective cost control on this portion became the1st priority of Company G in its future sustainable development.So far, the research&study of human resources cost control is mostly based on the theory of Accounting and Financial Management, to achieve the goal&objective of cost control via the method of budget planning, strict implementation and regular review, etc. But there is less research or study from the perspective of business knowledge management. This paper is based on the theory study of human resources cost control&knowledge management, analyze the impact of knowledge management on human resources cost in BPO companies, investigate the current status of business knowledge management in Company G via the method of interview&questionnaire survey, align with the strategy of Company G, analyze how this status affect the human resources control in Company G, utilizes knowledge management relative theory&tools to give the solution proposal including internal business knowledge database maintenance, clear business knowledge management mechanism setup and encouraging the corporate culture of internal sharing, aims to provide a new reference in the cost control of human resources to Company G and similar companies.
