Research On Countermeasures Of Circulation Transformation In Dalian National Demonstration District Of Ecological Industry

With the rapid development of China’s economy, resource and environmental constraints increasingly strengthened. Currently the country is accelerating the transformation of economic development, building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, and enhancing capacity for sustainable development. The country has always advocated the development of circular economy, encouraged the park loop transformation, and vigorously promoted the use of renewable resources development. Dalian is the domestic relatively developed coastal city with the large industrial scale but the relatively scarce resources. In favor of maintaining sustainable economic development in the future, we must vigorously develop the circular economy and promote the transformation of the industrial park cycle.In this paper, on the basis of literature review, closely linked own actual work, adopted the methods of literature collecting, case analysis, the concept of cyclic transformation, significance and the basic situation of Dalian national ecological industrial park, analyzes the current Dalian national ecological industrial park, the main problems existing in the circulating fluidized transformation are isolated from environment, incomplete industry chain, technology and equipment to further improve, etc., the main reason is the lack of fund, the circular economy system has not yet been park is complete, recycling system not good and so on. Through the analysis of the necessity of ecological industrial park circulating fluidized transformation, based on the theory of circular economy, further related circulating fluidized transformation practice experience at home and abroad, puts forward the Dalian national ecological industrial park design and feasibility, points out the concrete countermeasures of ecological industrial park circulation reform. This article has a certain constructive significance to promote the study of the theory of the ecological industrial park.
