In this paper for liaohe oil field to study the professional and technical personnel incentive mechanism, has the vital significance for oil and gas industry.As managers of liaohe oilfield, I read a lot of talent incentive and staff management of oil and gas industry, a lot of excellent reference talent incentive mechanism for the enterprise to set up a case, on the basis of the incentive mechanism of professional and technical personnel of liaohe oil field research and improve the design.I first in the scholars at home and abroad for reference, to professional and technical personnel, on the basis of concept description, defines the meaning of professional and technical personnel, professional and technical personnel, has been clear about the object of study in this paper.Then, I’ll liaohe oilfield from compensation incentive mechanism present situation of professional and technical personnel, staff satisfaction and staff turnover three angles to practice investigation and analysis, and the seven major problems and reasons.Then I combined contribution benefit sharing, cardinal utility theory, mechanism design, and from the demand for professional and technical personnel, the relative value of motivating factors, its characteristics and job characteristics are discussed in this paper, this paper provide the basis for the design of incentive scheme.
