Zoomlion concrete company as one of construction machinery enterprises is in intense competition, so creating a learning organization is particularly important. How to promote development strategy to help the organization? How to accelerate the employee’s professionalism? How to build the organization’s knowledge management, training and curriculum systems? The key is that strategic planning and systematic thinking for training development system is of the essence. This will affect the future development of Zoomlion concrete machinery company and the industry, which is of great importance.This article firstly teased the theory of training and study and development path of training system for Zoomlion. Through system planning, successful experience and weakness in the past, learning other business models and practical training experience, training framework and practical operation guide featured Zoomlion were presented, which is to guide training operations and talent development for Zoomlion concrete company.The training system for Concrete machinery company was designed from concept, processes, operations three dimensions. The concept dimensions outlined seven kinds of training method, the optimal growth path, the path of learning and constructivism. The process was mainly concerned with the curriculum development, trainnig instructors, process management and quality assessment and other critical processes. The processes dimensions focused on the design of the entire training system, implementation, and improvement of training platform management, organization and optimization of human resources for comparison, sub-study, improvement. Some weak links, specific measures and methods targeted were puted forward. Finally, according to the company’s current situation, difficulties and bottlenecks of difficulties and bottlenecks while implementing were summarized, and solutions and guarantee measures were proposed.Results of this study have been used in staff training and practice for Zoomlion concrete company. The talent echelon "LST model" has been well received by the group’s employees as a kind of talent development model. According to the optimal growth path, the project forward, rotation training and specific training, the learning has played an important role in building Zoomlion management class resource pool. Study guide oriented position groups and career path has gradually become a beacon of the entire personnel. Demand-centered "23241" Curriculum development and constructional method and vision based on quantitative evaluation management system by process management were gradually extended and applied.
