Application Of Learning Path Map In The Optimization Of Training Course System In K Company

With the rapid development of China's economy,knowledge and technology-intensive enterprises are increasingly replacing simple manufacturing and manufacturing industries,which is becoming the main force of China s economic development.In these emerging knowledge and technology-intensive enterprises,talent has become one of the most important factors of corporate success.On the other hand,for these emerging enterprises,they require people with unique and innovative knowledge and skills,leading to the external talent market difficult to provide "call to come,to be available" talents.These companies must offer a lot of professional knowledge and skills training for recruiting people.As a result,training plays an unusually important role in these companies.As a new business segmentation of real estate industry,human resources management of urban renewal is in this stage.On one hand,this industry is in a period of rapid development,and requires a lot of talent in this process.On the other hand,extensive management hinders the company's future development.In order to break out a series of challenges,it is critically important to cultivate talents to fit the development of the industry and the challenges of market.Effective talent training system will play an important role,and the introduction of learning path map will be a key way to effectively solve the problems in personnel trainings.Based on the methodology of learning path map,this paper focuses on the connotation,value and implementation of learning path map.Then,through the development of training industry at home and abroad,it will mention the study of learning path map and learning path graph theory.Combined with the interview method,the questionnaire survey method carries out training needs survey to explore the learning path map as a training tool to update the company in city renovation.On this basis,this paper will optimize the training system based on the learning path map for K Company's urban renewal post,and finally form a set of learning path map tailored for urban renewal.Finally,the author summarizes the three aspects:Firstly,combined with the application experience of urban renewal post,how to use the learning path map with high efficiency to put forward the suggestions;Secondly,the general applicability of the learning path map was analyzed;Third is a personal opinion on how to combine the characteristics of urban renewal industry,even the characteristics of the real estate industry,with flexible application of learning path map.
