In 2014,our country carried out an in-depth adjustment of the economic structure.Under this circumstance,it became a great challenge for ZOOMLION to change its original extensive mode of production so as to realize the innovation of order production mode,to effectively control and reduce cost,to meet customer’ s needs,to utilize the existing resources and logistics in an intelligent way,and thus to quickly adapt to the growing market competition.Based on the analysis of the production process and production mode of ZOOMLION concrete machinery,this thesis aims to analyze the types of production,the main manufacturing methods and characteristics of machinery manufacturing enterprises,and it mainly focuses on the concept of order production model,the implementation technique,and management theory and methods,which are the theoretical basis of the full text.Based on the existing research results and conclusions,this thesis,through field investigation and interviews and data access,expounds the production status of ZOOMLION concrete machinery branch company.It analyzes the main problems existing in current production mode,such as the mismatching of production plan and marketing plan,high production cost,and low level of production scheduling management.Then,reasons for the existing problems are analyzed.After the target and principle of the order form production mode were made,this thesis,according to the implementation plan and arrangement,provides practical solutions for the implementation of the order form production mode of ZOOMLION concrete machinery branch company from the four aspects:business structural optimization,order management process optimization,inventory management process optimization and production planning process optimization.Finally,this thesis,based on the implementation plan,puts forward principles and procedures for implementation,and measure of safeguard(with process structure,process management mechanism and human resources included).And it forecasts the effect of the implementation in order to ensure the smooth implementation of order production mode,as well as to find a solution to problems existing in the extensive mode of production,such as "a long delivery period","a large material and capital occupation",and "a low matching degree between marketing demand and production plan".In this thesis,the research on the order production mode will be helpful for the rational use of the resources of the ZOOMLION concrete machinery branch company,reducing the cost of production and operation,and improving the market competitiveness.Meanwhile,I hope this thesis can provide reference and reference for the implementation and improvement of the order production mode of other enterprises in the same industry.
