The Chinese government and society paid moreand more attention to protect the environment in the process of economic development, thegreen economy and green credit system construction under the framework of the social creditsystem is bound by the government, society, business and the public’s support and recognition,which significantly improve the level of management and environmental protection ofecological civilization construction of steady improvement. It will be a good promotionmeasures.This paper introduces the background and significance, then summarize the domestic andinternational research on green credit dynamics proposed research methods, after that it willdiscuss the lack of innovation. Secondly, after the elaborate theories of green credit system,which is based on the present environmental situation and corporate environmental behaviorof Hebei Province on the need to obtain a green credit system construction in Hebei Province,the construction of green credit system is not only innovative environmental protection needof economic instruments, but also strengthen environmental management needs, and meet theneeds of the economic marketing model. Finally, the supporting measures of Green credit system should be taken that in terms of institutionbuilding, the emphasis should be developed and improved the responsibility system, thestandard system, the evaluation system, reporting system, implementation of the system, interms of economic policy, focusing on the development of green credit green insurance, greensecurities, green taxes, green finance, etc., may be considered in the administrative policy toencourage green policies, green prohibitive policy.
