Study On The Promotional Strategy And Assessment System For Green Construction

As the important means and key links of implementing sustainable development strategy in the building construction field, Green Construction has been an inevitable trend of world construction's development in recent years. Because of the late start, and bounded by the factors including high production costs, process complexity, low economic effect, China's Green Construction still has many problems in the practical promotion and application, which is becoming a major bottleneck impeding the implement of Green Building and sustainable development of construction industry to some extent. Considering this, it is quite urgent for us to analyze the practical promotion, application and overall evaluation of the Green Construction based on the theoretical analysis, the theme according which is how the research of this paper is conducted.In the first place, this dissertation discussed theoretical research of the Green Production and Green manufacturing, and further defined the meaning and extention of Green Construction based on an elaborate analysis of the conception, contention, characteristic of the Green Construction, as well as the relationship between the Green Construction and Green Building.Additionally, considering the elaborate analysis of the benefits of Green Construction and its existing situation in our country, and referring to the domestic and overseas development strategies, this dissertation conducted an exploring study for the promotion and application of China's Green Construction from five aspects including establishing systemic systems of regulations, setting up supportive policy systems, improving supervision systems, strengthening the awareness of the Green construction and building a dynamic assessment system.Finally, by a further study on the overall assessment theories, based on the comparison and analysis of the prevailing domestic and overseas assessment system of Green Building, and referring to China's construction characteristic and relevant technical specifications, this dissertation established an assessment index system for Green Construction, and on the other hand, built a overall assessment model for Green Construction according to the improvement of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation; In the same time, the simulation evaluation in this dissertation of Green Construction based on the new residential project in Chongqing, to some extent, presents that the assessment system of Green Construction in this dissertation not only reflects the Green Building characteristic, but can also meet the multi-factor and multilayer demand of the overall assessment for Green Construction, which has certain effectiveness and practicability.
