The Development Of High Technology Industrial Park Under The Guide By S&T Financial Research

High-tech industrial park is a national or regional technology innovation and achievementstransformation of important base,which is the driver of the sustainable economic development,and also has a significant impact on the optimization of industrial structure. In recent years,under the guidance of national policy, the high and new technology industrial park has madebig progress, and now is a critical period to optimize the industrial structure and develop theGroup’s internal capital upgrading and restructuring. Technological innovation has thecharacteristics of high investment, high risk, is the source for the development of high-techindustrial park. Its development is closely related with and capital, human and technicalresources. Especially the capital investment from the system of science and technologyfinancial is particularly important for capital intensive high-tech enterprises and thedevelopment of the park. Therefore, from the financial perspective of science and technology,how to put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions to the park, guide and promotehigh-tech industrial park "second venture" success, is a need to solve the problem.In view of this, first of all, this article from the theoretical level to study the science andtechnology financial is how to affect the high-tech industrial park development. This articlestarting from the nature of high-tech industrial park and science and technology of thefinancial，using the influence factors of high-tech industrial park as primers, and basing oneach stage of high tech enterprise financing demand, systematic analysis the operation processin high-tech industrial park of technology finance and the driving mechanism of high-techindustrial park.Second, use the high-tech industrial park as the research object, and through the empiricalanalysis of the financial impact on high-tech industrial park of science and technology forquantitative research. In empirical, based on the predecessors’ study of high-tech industrialpark development index, select the high-tech industrial park in output and the effective numberof invention patents as a measure of development level index, from the point of view ofscience and technology financial participation main body, respectively from the governmentinvestment, internal fund and loans on behalf of the financial indicators of science andtechnology,human capital investment and the number as control variables, using Eviews7.2 software, respectively through F test and Hausman test to select the correspondingestimation model, the various financial indicators of high-tech industrial park of science andtechnology development for empirical analysis. The results showed that all three of thehigh-tech industrial park in output and the number of invention patents in force are positivelycorrelated, but the impact varies. Proven science and technology financial for developinghigh-tech industrial park with a guide and promote the role to some extent.Finally, based on the empirical results analyzed, from the perspective of science andtechnology financial, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for thedevelopment of high-tech industrial park.
