| With the arrival of the era of high-quality economic development,the development of China's high-tech zones is facing not only many arduous challenges,but also many rare opportunities.However,the challenges are particularly prominent.For example,the "regional wars" have happened one round after another,the competition between local governments has become increasingly fierce,the industrial layout of high-tech zones is small and slow to update,the mode of economic growth is single and extensive,and the consumption of environmental resources is large.These problems are very unfavorable for high-tech zones to obtain lasting competitive advantages.The reason for these problems lies in the fact that most high-tech zones in China have implemented the strategy of GDP growth for a long time.Therefore,if China's high-tech zones want to maintain a lasting advantage in the follow-up competition,they must thoroughly solve these problems.The core competence theory provides us with a good methodology to solve these problems.According to the core competitiveness theory,in order to obtain lasting competitive advantage,we must cultivate our own core competitiveness.The strategy of core competence is not a strategy that aims at direct competition with final results.It emphasizes competition on several levels,not just on the final results.It emphasizes that the core competitiveness of high-tech zones should be fostered by integrating the main resources and capabilities of high-tech zones,so as to create a core environment or platform that can generate lasting competitive advantages,so as to adapt to the rapidly changing market environment and maximize the value of high-tech zones.This paper chooses the topic of cultivating core competitiveness of high-tech zones as the research object.Taking Dongjiang Science and Technology Park as the research object,using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,inductive analysis and comparative analysis,this paper studies the theme of strengthening the cultivation of core competitiveness,combining the theory of government function,the theory of new public management and the theory of multi-center governance.The article consists of five chapters:The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research ideas,research methods and supporting theory.The second chapter defines the concept of core competence,the characteristics and identification of core competence of high-tech zones,and the cultivating elements and functions of core competence of high-tech zones.The third chapter is to analyze the current situation and existing problems of core competence cultivation of Dongjiang Science and Technology Park.Firstly,it introduces the basic situation,operation mode and early cultivation effect of Dongjiang Science and Technology Park.Secondly,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the satisfaction of Dongjiang Science and Technology Park in cultivating its core competitiveness,focusing on the public's evaluation of Dongjiang Science and Technology Park's technological innovation,industrial agglomeration,environmental support,public service and policy guidance,so as to pave the way for exploring the causes of the problems later.The fourth chapter is to summarize and elaborate the causes of the core competitiveness problems of Dongjiang Science and Technology Park.The fifth chapter puts forward suggestions on how to strengthen the core competitiveness of Dongjiang Science and Technology Park,including improving the construction of innovation capacity system,enhancing the advantage effect of industrial agglomeration,speeding up the pace of integration of production and city,improving the public service system,promoting institutional mechanism and policy innovation,etc.Finally,for the research conclusions and prospects,this paper summarizes the conclusions of this study,analyzes the shortcomings of this paper,and puts forward the prospects for further research in the future. |
