So it influences the whole development level of venture investment of Jiangsu Province.Therefore, it has realistic meaning to making great efforts to explore the actual using value in venture investment of China which is the environmental advantage of science and technology industrial park on theory, in order to built the ecological environment favorable to venture investment,.The paper tries to study the environmental advantage gatherting venture capital from the theory angle on the basis of specific environmental analysis venture investment need. Through the study on the environment of Jiangsu science and technology industrial parks, the paper tries to find main obstacle factors of environment, put forward the countermeasure to build venture investment environment, and offere a pratical and feasible way for venture investment's cause of Jiangsu.
