With the rapid development of communication technology and information technology, the age of Web2.0provides a theoretical and technical basis for the prosperity and development of the Internet. On the age of Web2.0—he role of the users has changed in essential. The Web2.0not only promotes the rapid popularity of the Internet and the appearance of practicable application software but also brains up the innovative consciousness of freedom and justice.Booming development of the Internet promoted the emergence of a new model, which is crowdsourcing. Internet crowdsourcing mode refers to the task of the company that should be internal or external partners completed handed out via the Internet platforms and technologies. The extending of the company’s resources, and the co-ordination of the inside and outside elements, run a highly efficient operation system which has a unique core competitiveness. Its production and management is not based on internal staff and technology. However, the goal is to gather the huge number of Internet users together to participate in the company’s production and business activities, increase productivity, and compensate the lack of internal resources.Analysis from the perspective of enterprises proves the emergence of the internet crowdsourcing mode has a very important significance. In recent years, thebusiness environment of companies gradually shows a networking and information-oriented features. In addition, enterprise development concept, business model, organizational structure, including corporate culture, are also affected by the large information technology environment. In this context, the Internet crowdsourcing model gradually being used in modern company operations management, which is embodied in the enterprise model of innovation, talent management and production organization. Currently, the business model of the Internet crowdsourcing applications mainly based on two considerations. On the one hand, by the using of the platform and network technology to enhance the efficiency of the production and operation. On the other hand, using the Internet crowdsourcing platform to achieve the mutual integration of internal and external resources, share the information, and make up each other’s resources.First, this paper presents the research background of crowdsourcing, then discusses the research significance and necessity, as well as the focus and topic of this article. Then, this paper studies the Internet crowdsourcing’s application in the modern enterprise operation and management, and builds an internet crowdsourcing platform application effect evaluation system by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Moreover, we use Amazon’s Internet crowdsourcing platform as an example of the practical evaluation. Through comprehensive evaluation, this paper finds that the effect of the platform is very good, and pointes out the differences between the different actors focus in the crowdsourcing mode. Subsequently, this paper introduces the application of the internet crowdsourcing in modern company operation and management for a practical case. In the last, the paper sums up the application situations of the Internet crowdsourcing in the modern enterprise and gives some suggestions to continually improve Internet crowdsourcing in our country.
