A Study On Crowdsourcing Operating Management Applied To A Company In The Context Of Internet

Communication and information technology upgrading bring the rapid development of information society.The advent of the era of web network led to a new mode of the Internet,namely "crowdsourcing".It refers to a company or organization used to work performed by the staff of the mission,but now through the Internet platform and technology,the amount of tasks is distributed by the enterprise external resources.It makes companies be able to plan as a whole running inside and outside the elements,and form efficient operation system with unique competitiveness.In general,it is the common wisdom of commercial value,so many Internet crowdsourcing enterprise and those seeking the crowdsourcing transformation may encounter unprecedented challenges on the operating mechanism.Therefore,based on the crowdsourcing model and the characteristic of Internet companies,this paper studies and explores the new type of enterprise operating mechanism,how to play the advantages of crowdsourcing and improve enterprise's core competitiveness.In this paper,the concept and model of crowdsourcing,the theoretical basis and operation management theory were read and studies.It also analyzed three aspects of the existing studies,such as organization's governance and performance incentive mechanism and process control.On this basis,combining with the characteristics of Internet companies,Internet companies' operating mechanism of the crowdsourcing was proposed in this paper.At the same time,taking Internet crowdsourcing enterprise-A company as an example,the company information and future business development were introduced,and management needs under the crowdsourcing were also analyzed.Finally,its application of the operating mechanism based on the pattern of crowdsourcing was further analyzed.Further problems of the mechanism were proposed.This paper finds that through the application of the new type of operating mechanism,based on this paper's theory,A company could realize monitoring the hundreds of crowdsourcing team on a unified business process,motivating them on a unified standard,and making use of the information platform to realize the mode of resource integration and digital operation.Also this paper has shown that the future trend of Internet companies will be the platform management,while the crowdsourcing model will become the mainstream of business operation mode and will be closely related with information technology."Management + IT" would be to speed up the enterprise decision-making,improve the ability of platform.
