| Since China’s first incubator company-Wuhan East Lake New TechnologyEntrepreneurs center’s was created in1987, our incubator market has developed fornearly30years. Until2014, the amount of our technical incubator enterprise hasreached1400and it seems that China has become a big country of incubator."Nationaltechnical enterprise incubator ’the12th five years’ development plan" has clearly statedthe development goals of Chinese technical enterprise incubator. That is to train anumber of strategic high-technical enterprises, to train high quality entrepreneurial team,to create a good atmosphere for technology start-ups market and to fuel science andtechnology start-ups boom. Technical enterprise incubator has become an important partof our technical innovation system. All regions have regarded the technical enterpriseincubator as a fresh normal approach to promote regional economic development.However, due to the restriction of the difference between regional resources distribution,the development level of technical enterprise incubator are also different. Therefore, thisthesis is to explore the regional economic and technology impact on the development oftechnical enterprise incubator, by comparing different development level of regionaltechnical enterprise incubators.Based on the relative literature survey, this thesis summarizes the development oftechnical enterprise incubators and concludes three main functions according to thechanges of Chinese technical policy. Based on these three main functions, this thesiscreates a index evaluation system for regional technical enterprise incubators bycombining resource-based theory and compares the different development level oftechnical enterprise incubators among Beijing, Jiangsu,Hubei,Shanxi,Shanxi,Jilin,Jiangxi. The article develops theoretic model based on theregional economy and the influence of technology on the business incubatordevelopment. Then the article conducts mechanism analysis and develops qualitative analysis model in order to prove theoretic model and finds the difference. Meanwhile,case studies have been used to explain theoretic model. Finally technological andeconomic factors that influence business incubator have been found and inner reasonshave been estimated.This thesis concludes that regional economic and technology developmentpromotes prosperity of technical enterprise incubators, as well as regional economic andtechnology development determines the service mode of technical enterprise incubators.When a regional economic and technology development has developed to some certainextend, the activity level of private company will be a factor to restrict the developmentof incubators. Due to the existing problem of Chinese mechanism on transformation ofscientific and technological achievements, it is still weak for the scientific andtechnological to promote the development of regional technical enterprise incubators.The regional industry agglomeration influences the choice of incubators. In lessdeveloped areas, policy factors are the primary motivation for the development ofincubators. |
