Research On The Policy Of Promoting Growth Of Farmers’ Incomes Of Communist Party Of China Since Sixteenth Congress

At the beginning of the new century,China agricultural and rural developmenthas encountered many contradictions and problems, the most prominent of which isdifficult to increase farmers’ income.To this end, the CPC Central Committee, theState Council promulgated a series of policies, efforts to promote the increase offarmers’ income, for the low income of the farmers as soon as possible to reverse thesituation and make unremitting efforts.The thesis takes the research perspective of the policy of promoting growth offarmers’ incomes of Communist Party of China since Sixteenth Congress as the titleof the title,to make a comprehensive study on Policy of Promoting Growth ofFarmers’ incomes of Communist Party of China Since Sixteenth Congress.It is notonly conducive to make a scientific understanding of this policy, and have in-depthdiscussions of security problems of farmers’ interests,but also conducive to promotingthe construction of long-term mechanism to increase farmers’ income.This study isone of the important contents of the study on the history of the Chinese CommunistParty, for the in-depth study of the Communist Party of China "three agriculture"policy thought has important theoretical value.The thesis makes the integrated use of history, political science, economics,sociology and other disciplines basic theory and comparative analysis,interdisciplinary research method, experience method and other researchmethods,According to the unity of history and logic,the thesis sorts out thebackground,the basic content and clarifies the achievement and finally puts forwardthe suggestions to improve of the policy of promoting growth of farmers’ incomes ofCommunist Party of China since Sixteenth Congress.The thesis is divided into four parts to make research on the policy of promotinggrowth of farmers’ incomes of Communist Party of China since Sixteenth Congress.Chapter I: The introduction. This chapter mainly expounds the significance ofstudying the topic, analyzes and summarizes the research situation in academic circlesat present,the methodology and the major innovations.Chapter II: The background of the policy. This chapter chiefly introduces theoverall situation of farmers’ income before Sixteenth Congress, points out theproblems in farmers’ income difficult increase and the causes of formation. Chapter III: The basic contents of the policy. This chapter gives an overallcombing on the policy of promoting growth of farmers’ incomes of Communist Partyof China Since Sixteenth Congress, and it is summarized as the main contents of thefive aspects, that is improving the work environment to increase in wage income,readjusting the industrial structure to increase in operating income, deepening thereform to increase in property income, increasing the financial support to increase inmetastatic income and accelerating the rural poverty alleviation and development tostrengthen the ability of increasing poor farmers income.Chapter IV: The main achievements and suggestions to improve of the policy.This chapter makes a conclusion that the main achievements made in the policy ofpromoting growth of farmers’ incomes of Communist Party of China Since SixteenthCongress and advances some opinions and suggestions on the further improvement ofpeasants policy. It can be said that this policy has achieved remarkable success, that isthe growth of farmers’ income rising significantly, the farmers’ standard of livingimproving visibly, the number of rural poverty population reducing drastically and theincome gap between urban and rural narrowing gradually.Faced with China’seconomy having entered a new era of normal requirements,the thesis believes it needsto do the following, that is to mine internal potential of agriculture, to broadenexternal channels for promoting growth of farmers’ incomes, to raise the quality offarmers roundly and to vigorously promote the rural poverty alleviation anddevelopment.
