Research On The Agricultural Policy Of The Communist Party Of China Since The Eighteenth National Congress

Focusing on agriculture is the outline of our country.General Secretary Xi Jinping has clearly pointed out that "attaching importance to agricultural development has always been the key to guaranteeing the security of the people." Agricultural development level is one of the important indicators to measure a country's political,economic,cultural and other aspects of development.As a large agricultural country,China's agricultural development is directly related to the interests of the broad masses of the people.Since the 18 th National Congress,the Communist Party of China has issued a series of agricultural policies,which have played a positive role in promoting agricultural development and safeguarding the interests of farmers.Since the reform and opening up,there are some problems in the development of agriculture in China.For example,the functions of relevant agricultural departments are vague and their coordination ability is poor;the imperfect agricultural control system leads to the decentralization of forces;the lack of strong protection of farmers' rights;the unbalanced development of rural politics,economy and culture;the low level of innovation in agricultural science and technology;and the brain drain in rural areas,which restrict the development of agricultural modernization.Since the 18 th National Congress,the Communist Party of China has promulgated a series of policies in accordance with the laws of agricultural development in China.The main contents of these policies include: implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,promoting the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,implementing the separation of "three powers" of rural land and persisting in fighting against poverty.This series of agricultural policies are of great significance for promoting the construction of new countryside and agricultural development in China.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China's agricultural policy has the characteristics of continuity,popularity and the times.In addition,these policies are of great practical significance.The introduction and implementation of relevant agricultural policies have greatly improved the level of agricultural science and technology and promoted the development of agricultural productivity in China;improved the agricultural production system and mechanism,and improved the quality of agricultural development;more advanced rural industrial model has benefited farmers greatly,and farmers' rights have been greatly protected;precise poverty alleviation work has been implemented to specific farmers to make rural areas.The number of people out of poverty hasincreased dramatically,and the battle against poverty has won a stage victory.We advocate the development of green agriculture and create a new pattern of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,which has greatly improved the agricultural ecological environment of our country.The agricultural policy of the Communist Party of China in the new era provides new ideas,methods and paths for solving the existing agricultural problems in China,and points out the way forward for the further realization of agricultural modernization.
