China-us Economic Cooperation Thoughts Since The Sixteenth National Congress Of The Communist Party Of China

In this dissertation, I retrace the process of the development of China-US economic cooperation relationship since the reform and opening up and realize that the China-US economy has show powerful developmental tendency in the period of Deng Xiaoping, then been established gradually in the period of Jiang Zeming, and eventually been the significant element of the China-US relation and been an important part of the reform and opening up.Since the Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist of China,the government leading by Hu Jintao pay much more attention to the economic cooperation relationship between China and US, and emphasize that the development of the China-US relation in the economic cooperation is not only good for the realization of the economic interests for both countries but also good for the stable circulation fo the global economy. In order to ensuring the futur development of the China-US economic cooperation relationship, the governmet bring up several policies, such as strengthening the communication and consultation of the leaders of each levels in both countries; standardizing and improving the soft environment such as the law and the system; discovering actively the new areas for the economic cooperation between China and US; encouraging the free trade throughout the world and establishing the new international economic order. At the same time, the government of China hope that based on the domestic needs , China and US could make efforts together to chang the current economic cooperation pattern----"economy, finance" to the all-roud cooperation pattern----"equality, mutual denifit,co-win".This dissertation describes the importance, the measures we should carry out and the futur of China-US economic cooperation in the period of the government leading by Hu Jintao. Though the description, two innovative points are highlighted: Firstly, since the Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist of China, the research on the historical background of the development in the China-US economic relation, including the economic needs in both countries and the change in the global economy, is based on an objective basis--- the research on the domestic and international economy.The other point is: This dissertation review the evolution of the China-US economic relationship since the reform and opening up . Then it discuss the historical inheritance and the developmental ability of the thoughts on China-US cooperation since the Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist of China.
