Ginseng is a commonly used Chinese nourishing medicinal, is one of the mostcommonly used40kinds of medicinal materials, in great demand. Most of them areprocessed into red ginseng for sale. In recent years, with the rapid development of China’seconomic level, and the rapid development of medical and health undertakings, red ginsenghas been a significant increase in sales, in addition to it as a clinical formulation and as themain raw material for the production of Chinese patent medicine, in recent years has beenmore developed new uses, such as health care products, cosmetics etc.. From theinternational market, the high-end market is currently manufactured goods of ginseng, JapanSouth Korea, Europe share, China exports to the basic raw materials of ginseng crude drug,has a great development in recent years ginseng saponin extracts of ginseng raw materialexports, exports of manufactured goods accounted for only a small share of.This paper mainly adopts the objective description, the current situation of A companyare summarized, and put forward the important significance of solving the problems in theprocess. This paper uses the project management theory and design and evaluation, programdesign of the production line construction project of A company ginseng ferment beverage.Based on this, through the project investment analysis, financial evaluation, uncertaintyanalysis and financial evaluation methods, the environmental impact of the project, financialevaluation and risk advice.
