The Optimization Research Of Production Line For Madera Automotive Components Series

Lean production originated in Japan Toyota Motor Corporation.Now it becomes a global way of industrial engineering management which is the best production organization system admittedly.Maximum saving resource,reducing the cost,improving the production efficiency,increasing corporate profit are the basic objective of lean production.In addition,the most important central concept of lean production are utilizing the viewpoint of whole optimization to carry through reasonable configuration,eliminating all the unnecessary waste in the production process,strengthening strain capacity of company to adapt to the market diversification and getting good economic benefit.Madera Automotive Components Corporation is a foreign-owned enterprise which refers to many products such as hood prop rod,torque rod,hinge,door lock rod and so on.After studying the production,we found some problems that production site is mismanaged,production capacity is low,production line layout is unreasonable.This article focus on these problem,firstly,we need to increase the production capacity by the analysis on the value stream map of the production line,improving the fixture,optimizing the production process and implementing the pull production system.Secondly,combining with the actual situation of Madera company production line,we carry out the U-shaped layout of the production line in order to achieve line balance,optimize process,improve productivity and efficiency.Finally,we need to design and analyse the case for the current situation of Madera’s production line and the optimization of production line will be evaluated effectively.After the optimization,we found that the management in the Madera company site will be increased by a large margin.The seven waste phenomenon will be reduced gradually.The production line layout will become rational.As a result,it can simplify the number of people,reduce the cost of production,increase the production efficiency,optimize the process flow,increase the production capacity in the bottleneck position.In the meantime,it solve the problems in the production line of Madera company systematically and effectively.
