China’s Construction Of New Agricultural Management System Research

This paper is based on the theory of transaction cost. I Analysis of the problems in the construction of agricultural management system in China from the perspective of transaction cost. The elements of agricultural management system is analysis by the theory of transaction cost. To analysis the agricultural development from a new angle of view.This paper explains firstly the basic concept of agricultural management system, and divided the agricultural management system into the main body of agricultural production, service and policy subjects, and the policy subjects we can also be divided into technology and system. The technical development and the new system are regarded as the leading policy.Sub section of the main body of agricultural production, service and policy subjects for a more detailed description.Then, we first set up the factors affecting agricultural production function and the corresponding elements. The influence factors of agricultural is divided into production cost, transaction cost and policy factors. Reflect the agricultural management system in our country, the production of the main body and the main body of policy service. We mainly analyze the generated in the process of agricultural production transaction cost, the factors in the problem of agricultural management system in this view.Followed by the analysis of transformation in the process of agricultural production cost. To find out the main body of China’s agricultural production problems and developing direction of conversion from a cost perspective.And analyzes the effect of development and system construction of technology policy on agricultural production.The main content of this paper is from the perspective of transaction cost analysis to our country to establish the system of agricultural operation. Based on the theory of transaction cost analysis of agricultural management system problems in China, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
