The orderly transfer of farmland can promote the moderate scale management of agriculture, optimize the distribution of agricultural production factors, promote the development of modern agriculture, transfer of rural labor force, develop rural economy, adjust agricultural structure and increase farmers’income. Farmers are the main body of land management and circulation, their attitude directly influence the circulation of land circulation efficiency, their willingness and behavior is also a decisive factor of the circulation pattern and circulation scale in an area. Only according to the actual situation of different regions to analyze the land circulation farmers willingness and behavior can further improve the rural land property rights system, realize the rational allocation of rural land resources, formulate relevant land circulation policy as the government, regulate and promote the circulation of rural land.In recent years, Guangxi banana industry is developing rapidly, has become one of the main producing areas of Guangdong second bananas. Compared with other banana producing areas, Hainan has typhoon, the rent price is very expensive in Guangdong, Yunnan is lack of land resources and the traffic is inconvenience. Guangxi has advantageous natural conditions. Hainan and Guangdong are affected by the typhoon, banana fusarium wilt and other factors, many farmers with funds and technology selection in Guangxi to continue the development of banana industry. The main business of guangxi banana planting development model has five kinds:The banana growing enterprise+banana farmers、Banana professional cooperatives、Mani Banana Industry Alliance、The family farm and Guangxi Banana Industry Association, The five business development mode of land circulation scale is relatively large. Based on this, The Guangxi as a banana growers had representative samples of land circulation.On-the-spot investigation, individual interviews, questionnaire and statistical analysis were applied to analyze the willingness of land circulation and influence factors based on328banana farmers’data from6areas in Guangxi. Through establishing Logistic model to research the factors affecting banana farmers on the land circulation will. The main research contents include:introduction; the theoretical foundation of the rural land circulation; analysis of the current situation of land circulation; empirical analysis of willingness of land transfer; the main problems in the land transfer of banana farmers; conclusions and suggestions.The research results show that:there are some differences between inflow and outflow of banana farmers land circulation. These factors that cultural degree, banana planting income, and the satisfaction on the current price have great influences on inflow. While cultural degree, banana planting income, signing a formal contract, and the supports of government impact on outflow. Based on the above conclusions, this paper putted forward to change the traditional ideas and effectively solve the understanding problem of land circulation; standardize the land circulation management and ensure land circulation healthy and orderly; strengthen the construction of land circulation intermediary organizations; increase policy support and promote the land circulation and the scale management to promote the policy recommendations about banana farmers land circulation.
