Farmland Circulation Influence On Nanning City Agricultural Industrialization

Nanning is the main producing areas of banana in our Country,its have a favorable environment for banana growth.In most parts of Nanning are suitable for banana planting.But there are many problems in the process of rural land circulation and the development of the banana industry.In this paper,Through the literature search and field survey method to collect relevant data,to understand.The present situation of the banana industry land circulation in Nanning from the macro.Analysis of the factors growers of banana land transfer and the appropriate scale of operation of the banana industry by using qualitative and quantitative economics theory,Using the two Logistic model on analysis of land transfer,ln order to find and summarize the existing rural land circulation problems in Nanning banana industry,and puts forward suggestions,For better agricultural industry in Guangxi through the transfer of land to promote scale management.The study found that the main problems of banana industry in Nanning land transfer can be summarized as following factors:Flow behavior of spontaneity and not normative; The rapid expansion of banana planting area; Transfer of transfer form too much subject, lack of innovation in form and in the form of highly efficient and stable; Rural land circulation market system is not perfect; Rural land circulation management and the lack of regulation; Laborer cultural quality is low; Influence the sale of land rent.Corresponding countermeasures are:establish a standardized management of land circulation, farmland changing process by strengthening management, register management specification management and contract management;Strengthen guide the appropriate scale of operation of agricultural industry, government regulation, market guidance, adjust measures to local conditions, encourage industrial diversification; Actively explore diversified land circulation way, foster the subject of management; Improve the rural land circulation market system, the establishment of right to the contracted management of land registration system and agricultural risk prevention system, encourage intermediary agencies to enter; Innovation system of rural land circulation, service content, operation mode and operation mechanism; Strengthen the agricultural practical techniques training, strengthen their own training, technology to the countryside activities, its widespread use technology; Establish and improve the land rent system, the establishment of farmers contracted land lease access system and risk prevention mechanism of land conversion, to strengthen the land circulation use regulation.
