The Analysis Of Income Situation And Its Influencing Factors Of Floating Population In Jilin Province

With the continuous development of economic and social in Jilin Province,theamount of floating population is also becoming increasing，to meet the needs ofeconomic development.The floating population in Jilin Province make a contributionto the social and economic development at the same time, also receive a certainincome accordingly,however,there is also a gap between the income of floatingpopulation in Jilin Province.Through the cross list method, this paper draws theconclusion:From a macro perspective, the inflow of Jilin Province population incomeincome lower than that in outflow of Jilin Province.From the micro perspective,different gender, age, level of education, national, household register, marital status,occupation, employment status, the nature of the employment unit and differentcontinuous work time,and the income of floating population in Jilin Province is notthe same.In reaction to the phenomenon，this paper use the Multiple Logistic regressionanalysis,according to the national2013floating population survey data of dynamicmonitoring data of Jilin Province.Selecting local monthly income as the independentvariable,the gender, age, level of education, national, household register, maritalstatus, occupation, employment status, the nature of the employment unit, and thelocal continuous working time as a factor,and this paper analyses inflow population incontrast to the outflow population.According to the analysis result,the income offactors influencing the flow into the population has a level of education, marital status,age, employment unit properties, main occupation, employment status,and factorsthat affect the flowing population income are gender, nationality, household register, marital status, level of education, age, employment unit properties, main occupation,employment status.
