China’s "West" Strategy "in South Asia" Geopolitical Perspective

The concept "in South Asia" strategy aggregate and "West" strategy are in the new international political and economic situation presented, both in the geographical overlap between the range, so this paper "in South Asia" strategy aggregate formed as a perspective, trying to relations between geographic features "in South Asia" region and the "West" strategic objective analysis of the impact of this region on the Chinese "West" strategy, and by the limited knowledge of China’s policy response proposed for our policy makers to provide a more comprehensive analysis perspective.In this paper, a method of hermeneutics, literature analysis and comparative analysis of the existing data were interpreted, combed behind the link between information and by analyzing the interpretation of foreign literature, elaborated between geo political and diplomatic strategy contact, tap the general rule, and things that put them together, analyze the similarities and differences, revealing links between them.Through comparative analysis,"in South Asia" strategy aggregates and "West" broadly consistent with the scope of the strategy, the formation of "South Asia" strategy for China westward aggregate open channel provides an important strategic facilitated with Europe and the Middle East, Contact the Caucasus, to expand trade and ensure energy security. But "in South Asia" complex regional situation, China’s "West" are bound to face challenges, such as opening to the west, at home and abroad are likely to facilitate the "three evil forces" of contact, adversely affect the stability of Chinese society,"South Asia" Regional Economic Social Development problematic, severe poverty, the shadow economic problems, corruption and other issues will affect the enthusiasm of Chinese enterprises to invest in limiting the expansion of the regional market, Chinese companies in order to ensure the security of the investment is likely to take a cautious approach. In South Asia, economic and social structures behind and scattered, although the region’s infrastructure show the potential of relatively large, but also shows that China’s "West" may be a heavier burden of costs, and return on investment is not guaranteed. The regional mechanisms, many organizations and duplication of functions, there are differences in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on the future direction of development, China’s "West" may not be an effective mechanism to support. To meet this challenge, I believe that China should first avoid the creation of a regional hierarchy, not in the South Asian region to establish a regional system of a political nature, reducing the burden, to keep traveling light low-key attitude.
