The Research On The Oil And Gas Cooperation Of China And Central Asia Under The Background Of "The Belt And Road" Strategy

With the rapid development of Chinese economy,the demand for energy keeps growing.Meanwhile,the structural contradiction is increasingly outstanding and the national energy security is under threat.Consequently,it is urgent to achieve the diversification of energy system and international collaborative development.Adjacent to China,Central Asia is rich in oil and gas resources,and have cooperative opportunities with China in the energy structure,natural resources and cultural exchanges and other aspects of mutual cooperation.In addition,the "The Belt and Road" strategy and "Silk Road Economic Belt" concept can provide preferential policies and financial support for the development of Chinese and Central Asia energy cooperation.Under the premise of mutual benefit and win-win situations,China should strengthen cooperation with the Central Asian region to promote economic development and social harmony,to promote economic development and social harmony and to ensure the sustainable development of China's energy security and economy.Under the severe global economic situations and facing the fierce competition in the world,the opportunity and the challenge of the cooperation of China's oil and gas cooperation with the five Central Asian countries coexists.How to seize the opportunity to resolve the challenges,to deepen cooperation in the field of energy,and to safeguard the country's energy security is a very important problem for China.In the background of "The Belt and Road" strategy,studying how China and five Central Asian countries can reach consensus,deepen cooperation in energy development,build a reasonable and effective oil and gas energy cooperation mechanism have very important realistic meanings.And that is what this paper focuses on.This paper is divided into four main parts: Firstly,through analyzing the situation of China's current energy cooperation with Central Asia in the oil and gas,as well as the great significance Central Asia has on the protecting of China's energy security,the paper draws the conclusion that we should vigorously promote bilateral energy cooperation.Secondly,the paper explores the potential of cooperation in the economy,policies,relationship and geography in the following four aspects.Thirdly,from the perspectives of Central Asia and China,the paper summarizes eight problems existing in the oil and gas energy cooperation between China and Central Asia.Fourthly,pointing at the the problems mentioned in the third part,to further strengthen the oil and gas energy cooperation of Chinese and Central Asia,the paper puts forward several construction suggestions,including maintaining bilateral peace and development,strengthening interoperability channels,promoting the safety of trade cooperation,accelerating legal information construction,broadening areas of cooperation,innovating industry project cooperation mode,deepening cooperation in energy products and attaching importance on talent training.
