The second half of 2013, the Chinese government put forward the concept of "Maritime Silk Road of the 21 st century" and "Silk Road economic belt". National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, with State Council authorization,jointly issued the < Vision and Actions on Jointly Building Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road > in 2014.It sketched out the "One Belt and One Road" road map, which means "One Belt and One Road" entered a advance stage. Building "One Belt and One Road" will profoundly change China and stimulate the economic potential of countries in the surrounding of China, realizing mutual benefits. Building of the "One Belt and One Road" are related to national interest demands diversification between countries, coupled with external hinder of the US-led regional powers, so "One Belt and One Road" will face many challenges. China needs to give full play to itself advantages, to help construct "One Belt and One Road".
