The minimum wage system is that the government stipulates that employers must pay to workers if they offer normal labor in the form of legislation provisions. People disscuss a lot about the minimum wage. Whether domestic or foreign, for the minimum wage, many economists and researchers have researched a lot. This paper based on the minimum wage standards in the international status, analyzes the minimum wage standard of the history and present situation, influence factors, fully present the development of the minimum wage standard in our countryThe first part of this paper explains the selected topic background and the research significance and the domestic and foreign related research, summarizes the key points and difficulties and innovations of this paper. The second part discusses the necessity of the implementation of the minimum wage system, including the origin, theoretical basis and significance, the evolution of the implementation of the minimum wage standards in China and policy background. The third part introduces the successful experience and Enlightenment of foreign implementation of the minimum wage standard, introduced in the United States, Britain, Japan and South Korea to implement a minimum wage standard and the enlightenment to our country. The fourth part makes a theoretical and empirical analysis on the influencing factors of China’s minimum wage standard, the method of empirical analysis mainly uses the Grainger causality test. The fifth part analysis the implementation of the minimum wage standards for our results, using the31provinces (municipalities)11years of panel data analysis, summarized the characteristics and problems of the minimum wage in china.
