Study On The Issue Of The Development Of The Low-carbon Agriculture In Jilin Province

Low-carbon agriculture is a frontier issue in the development of agriculture,which is the practice of low-carbon economy in agriculture. The development oflow-carbon agriculture could not only keep up with the trend of agriculturaldevelopment in the world, but also adjust agricultural resources in order to carry onthe transformation and upgrading.Jilin,the China’s agricultural province, has the good resources endowment,location advantages and production conditions. But it also comes across manyproblems in the process of low-carbon agriculture development, such as the influenceof the natural environment, constraints of the human resource and imperfectdevelopment of the leading enterprise in agriculture. Through the SWOT analysis,thispaper analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the low-carbonagriculture development in Jilin,Also, this paper will give corresponding solutions byconsidering the successful experience of low-carbon agriculture at home and abroad.This article is divided into seven parts. The first part is the introduction, mainlyelaborated the research topic selection basis and research significance of low-carbonagriculture in Jilin province.And the research status of low-carbon agriculture at homeand abroad were reviewed and analyzed. The second part introduces the conceptsrelated to the low-carbon agricultural and theoretical basis, which expounds theconcepts related to low-carbon agricultural,i.e.the circular agriculture and the greenagriculture. At the same time it also introduces the theories related to low-carbonagriculture, i.e. the sustainable development, the circulation economic theory andregional economic theory, which make the groundwork for the SWOT analysis in thenext articles.The third part discusses the status quo of the low-carbon agricultural,expounding the basic condition, the agricultural industry.The fourth part introducesthe SWOT analysis in the low-carbon agriculture, which would discuss the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, building the SWOT matrix; The fifth partshows the experiences and enlightenment of the low-carbon agriculture developmentat home and abroad.The sixth part puts forward the countermeasures for thedevelopment of low-carbon agriculture in Jilin province. The last part is theconclusion, briefly summarizing the whole low-carbon agriculture development inJilin.
