Water loss and soil erosion is one of the major environmental problems in Fujian province, For many years, governments at all levels invest a lot of manpower and material resources and financial resources to control, has achieved more achievements. Farmers is both the main body of soil erosion control and the basic unit of agricultural production, carry out some research such as farmers basic livelihood in soil erosion area, fuel usage and water conservation awareness is to develop effective guarantee in favour of household economic development policy. considerable economic benefits, ecological benefits and social benefits in Farmers ecological circular economy mode make it become new agricultural productive method in the soil and water loss area, this research includes the following aspects:?1?To carry out sampling survey in the typical soil erosion areas,basic situation is as follows: ?the farmer's population age structure is relatively mature, has entered the aging, dependency ratio of population is 49.8%, the rural pension burden aggravated, non-agricultural income, has more family members go out to work; ?the fuel diversity, the usage intention of farmers firewood ?grass? is not high,76.3% of the farmers said that they won't use, clean fuels become more and more popular; ?farmers have a certain understanding for the result of soil erosion and soil and water conservation knowledge, but the enthusiasm of farmers themselves actively participate in the management of soil and water loss is not high; ?now, soil and water conservation policy that has implement have impact on rural environment and traffic and the livelihood way of farmers.?2?The emergy theory is used to study emergy value flows, emergy input and output within the ecological circular economy model system of typical household, and evaluate the emergy value indices. Comparison of three traditional agriculture modes and three circulation modes, and tried to analyze the characteristics and advantages of ecological circular economy modes of household. The results showed that within the household ecological circular economy model system exist emergy value flows, the emergy yield ratio of three circulation mode are 2.49,9.62 and 6.44, the environmental loading ration are 0.36,0.08 and 0.39; the emergy yield ratio of three traditional modes of agriculture are 0.60,0.81 and 0.70, the environmental loading ration are 2.34,1.00 and 0.75. The results reflected that ecological circular economy model of household has higher emergy yield ratio and lower environmental loading ration, gives consideration to economic benefit and ecological benefit and social benefit. ?3?Calculating the economic benefit, ecological benefit and social benefit of peasant household ecological circular economy model in soil and water loss area by the formula, the results showed that the ratio of output to input of circulation pattern to increase is not high, under the condition of the model is innormal output,but has certain development potential; the income of circulation mode ??? and ? in 2014 are 819 748 yuan?132554 yuan and -56495 yuan. Methane can replace fuel wood in the circulation pattern, conducive to the protection of vegetation, reduce CO2 emissions, marsh fertilizer can increase the soil fertility, etc; Development of circular economy in the countryside can increase employment, change village, the appearance of the village and improve farmers' quality and environmental awareness, etc., has significant social benefits.
