The design of organizational flame, focus on organizational control and efficiency. Effective organization structure and management mode is very important to achieve the goals of the company vision, adapt to the competition environment, optimize the coordination control, and achieve the fundamental guarantee of self-improvement. Organizational structure have line structure, functional structure and so on. Design of organizatio-nal structure is including the departments and function design, key posit-ion design, system process design, etc. which affect on organizational performance in long-term impact.TIANXIADONGTING GRAIN GROUP has developed rapidly in recent years, countries for the attention of the food problem is more conducive to the development of food enterprises. But as the market is opening increasingly, the current enterprise development has opportun-ities and threats coexist, both face the opportunity of national policy support, also should see the other food enterprises strong competition. In this case, seize the opp-ortunity, play advantage, optimize the organiza-tional structure design, improve the internal management level, it is very important and urgent.(l)This paper described the organizational theory and its development process,and the five patterns of the organization,and the main factors which affected the structural design. All of these provided a solid theoretical foundation for this study.(2)This article analyzed the internal structure of the present situation, it is concluded that the organizational structure of TIANXIADONGTING GRAIN GROUP existed control through strong, department set not rea-sonable,function division not clear, and too heavy administrative culture.These problems restricted the organization to promote the efficiency of oper-ations.(3)Considering the above problems, the author analyzes the impact of organizational structure design of the internal and external fact-ors.Under the guidance of the principles of optimization, optimize the organizational structure, the department functions from the new Settings. In addition, in order to ensure the good operation organization structure Settings and tissue function, put forward including culture, human reso-urces and other aspects of security measures.
