Exploring The Relationship Between Urbanization And Tertiary Industry In Anhui Province And The Coordinated Development

The previous research results and developed countries' developing experience have shown that the level of urbanization is an important indicator of the level of economic development in a country or region.In the later period of urbanization,due to the realization of industrial modernization,the promotion of secondary industry is slowly weakened,in contrast,the interaction between the tertiary industry and urbanization is growing rapidly.At present,the level of urbanization ratio in Anhui Province is in the 30%-70%period,which stays in a rapid growth rate,therefore the study of the interaction and coordination between urbanization and tertiary industry in Anhui Province has a very realistic and direct reference significance for the government of Anhui Province to further optimize and improve relations between two factors.Based on the relevant theories of urbanization and tertiary industry,this paper chooses the relevant data in the statistical yearbook of Anhui Province in recent years,and reveals the degree of interaction and coordinated development of urbanization and tertiary industry in Anhui Province through qualitative and quantitative analysis.Based on the relevant historical data from 1990 to 2015,this paper graphically shows the development course of urbanization and tertiary industry in Anhui Province,including the present situation and existing problems.Then the gray relational method is used to calculate the interactive relationship between urbanization and tertiary industry in Anhui Province,and the conclusion is drawn that the second industry has the greatest effect on the urbanization of Anhui Province,and the tertiary industry has the weakest effect on it.Then we use the method to reveal the interactive relationship between urbanization and the internal level of tertiary industry.The conclusion is that the second level has the greatest effect on the urbanization and the first level has the weakest effect on it.After that,we constrct a comprehensive system to measure the development of urbanization and tertiary industry of Anhui Province.The results show that the comprehensive measurement level of urbanization in Anhui Province has been accelerating since 2000,and the comprehensive measurement level of the tertiary industry has been stopped due to the relevant policies of the province.The volatility has occurred in recent years,the level of the tertiary industry has been reduced from the highest point in 2001 to the lowest point in 2005,although it has begun to rise slowly since 2006,the level stay lower than the level of urbanization development.At present,the relationship of urbanization and tertiary industry in Anhui Province is already in intermediate and coordinated level of development.Since the year of 2005,the comprehensive development level of the tertiary industry has always been lower than the comprehensive development level of urbanization,and the gap between them has been gradually widened.The government should strengthen the market reforms related to the tertiary industry to ensure that the tertiary industry can grow in a healthy and sound environment.The government should vigorously develop hardware and software facilities that contribute to the tertiary industry and promote the growth of the tertiary industry,especially the modern service industry;At the same time,we need to deepen the reform of the system,and constantly promote the process of urbanization,and achieve a healthy and stable development of the two economic indicators ultimately.
