Research On Risk Management Of City Commercial Banks Operating Across The Region

The city commercial bank is a new thing which appears after our countrybanking reform. The purpose of city commercial bank is to prevent the city creditcooperatives financial risk and avoid excessive expansion. In addition, because of thehuge bad assets and the serious lack of capital effects, city commercial bank failed toget rid of the limitation of the region. Economy has a rapid development, so thebanking industry also will rise. Further relaxation of the city firm control can makethe banks in the competition, differentiation, the expansion of the city, whichpromotes cross regional business development bank. This is the trend of the bankingdevelopment. With the continuous development of city commercial banks, crossregional business risk will be more and more prominent, therefore study of city firmof cross regional business risk has important significance.The risk management of cross regional research is the city firm practice in thetheory of this paper, which uses the literature research method, case study method,on-the-spot investigation method and deduction. Firstly, the theory on CityCommercial Bank cross regional business risk management is analyzed in detail, andconclude that the risk of city commercial banks cross regional business at present.Secondly, this paper carried out the business model of commercial banks, operatingperformance and risk management at present. What’s more this paper discusses thecase of CZ bank cross regional business risk management in the fourth chapter, whichmakes discussion risk management of the city firm cross regional business is moreconvincing and the actual situation is more fitting. Finally, this paper discusses the CZbank case combined with the city cross regional business risk management experienceof the large foreign firms. This paper summed up China’s city commercial banks inthe method of cross regional business risk management. This paper thinks that shouldestablish the risk control culture of city commercial banks, perfect cross regionalbusiness risk management system of city commercial, set the operation cost of theinternal control objectives, establish science method of risk management, introduce business risk management personnel and take the original business advantage of citycommercial bank.
