Heilongjiang province city commercial bank is Harbin Bank and Longjiang Bank. Heilongjiang local commercial Banks, is not only an important part of the financial system in heilongjiang province, but also has played an important role in the economic construction in Heilongjiang province. But in recent years in the face of the fierce competition which comes from state-owned Banks, joint-stock Banks and other financial market in Heilongjiang province brings huge pressure to Heilongjiang province city commercial bank which comes from both in and out of the province. And all has exposed its competiveness is weak. Applying the method of index evaluation to make comparation between the Heilongjiang province city commercial Banks with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, People’s Construction Bank of China, China Minsheng Banking Corperation, Merchants Bank of China and Bank of Jinzhou, Bank of Yingkou and Bank of Inner Mongolia for data analysis, which use two aspects of the realistic and potential competitiveness to analyse the basis of the comparison. The evaluation of competitiveness on the basis of comparative analysis, the real competitiveness relative ranking on the average, including in the liquidity, profitability and asset quality has a strong strength; Potential competitiveness is weak, from which you can see the future in Heilongjiang province city commercial will weaken the competitiveness. That is to say, to enhance the competitiveness of Heilongjiang province city commercial bank, the main way is to stabilize the development of the existing advantages, vigorously is to promote the competitiveness of the potential at the same time.Heilongjiang province city commercial Banks should make full use of market impact environment development opportunities.
