Along with the advance of the process of industrialization reform, the relationship between producer service and manufacturing industry has become more and more closely, the interaction between the two is also gradually increasing, and this interaction force will promote the the deepening and the degree of new industrialization. Heilongjiang province is a major province of manufacturing industry, the manufacturing industry development is facing a series of problems of resources and environment, and low benefit, at the same time, the service provided to manufacturing industry still stuck in traffic, transportation, whole sale retail trade, postal industry and other primary industry.the linkage between manufacturing industry and finance industry need urgently development, modern logistics, business services and other producer services, thus breaking the bottleneck of the development of manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province, and further optimize the industrial structure, transform the economic development mode, realize the transformation of the development from "made in Heilongjiang" to "created in Heilongjiang "This research is based on the reality of the development of province manufacturing industry and producer service in Heilongjiang, took linkage development theory as the foundation, and used empirical model to study the joint development of the two industry in Heilongjiang province.First of all, from the aspects of the deepening of professional division, the power of demand and supply to analyze of the causes of the linkage development of productive service industry and manufacturing industry; Secondly, to use the method of data contrast to compute size of the two industries, the internal structure as well as the demand of linkage development demand;Thirdly,to establish a models to study the production service industiy and manufacturing industiy:to use of VAR model for the producer service industry and manufacturing industry as a whole linkage relations were analyzed, a positive long-term stable equilibrium relationship between that of productive service industiy and manufacturing industry. At the same time, only one-way Granger causality between producer services and manufacturing industry, namely the manufacturing industry is the Granger reason of productive service industiy, and the influencing factors by using the multivariate statistical model of production of Heilongjiang province service industiy is studied, that productive service industiy in Heilongjiang province by the manufacturing value added accounted for the proportion of GDP.per GDP. government expenditure accounts for the effect of GDP proportion, but by the number of patent applications per capital effect is not significanUthirdly.the existing problems and cause of linkage development of Heilongjiang Province, the productive service industry and manufacturing industry from three angles of productive service industry in Heilongjiang Province, manufacturing industry and their joint development of analysis;finally,According to the conclusion of this paper and the corresponding problems, is divided into three aspects of the development of the manufacturing industry, the development of productive service industry and the two industry linkage development suggestions are given.
