Of all cities in Zhejiang province, Ningbo is only second to Hangzhou on scale. From the countrywide range, Ningbo is one of the east coastal open cities and specifically designated cities of our country, it also has been one of the leading city in the whole nation on service industry development. At present, NingBo has achieved a nice level of economic and social development. Service industrial set-ups has also got the very good optimization and adjustment, secondly, tertiary industry already becomes the leading force that national economy develops, but, NingBo industrial set-ups especially development of tertiary industry degree returns gradually growing need back to unable satisfied society, knowledge-intensive service trade and the developed country taking producer service as representative especially still have very big gaps comparing with domestic developed city. The economic growth therefore how to adjust optimization industrial set-ups to NingBo is very important. The producer service industry composes in reply manufacturing industry's interaction and integratioan is a key link in the process of economic readjustment promotion.This article has discussed the interaction mechanism between producer service industry and manufacturing industry and the trend and experience of developing producer service. First of all, I introduced the interactive mechanisms between producer service industry and manufacturing industry which are differently angled mechanism from division of labor in society, value chain, organism's habits community; Then narrated the document studying of producer service industry and the manufacturing industry of China and other countries; Later it introduced the trend and experience of developing producer service of developed cities like New York and Tokyo, and used Gelanjie to check out the interaction between producer service industry and manufacturing industry in Ningbo; then analysis about the reality and demand of the producer industry of Ningbo through Questionnaires; then made some policy suggestion about the upgrading of industrial structure based on the realities. From the whole lever, the thesis has two main parts. One is about theories and the other is about analysis. The theory sheet includes the first, two chapter, puts particular emphasis on investigation and discussion in theoretical analysis and research on the relation between the two industries. The demonstration sheet includes third till five chapters, put particular emphasis on in moving demonstration mutually to NingBo producer service industry and manufacturing industry, correspondingly pointing out certain reference value policy suggestion based on the reality of Ningbo's producer service industry.
