The Research Of Approach On Traditional Enterprise Evaluation Under The Corporatelife Cycle Theory

In recent years, property transaction activities concerning merging, more and more reorganization and acquisition are increased in our country’s traditional enterprises, which owing to the capital market and the improvement in the future after the financial crisis, and the financial innovation and mechanism reform are also another vital factors. For the investors and natural persons focus on securities, they have turned from drifting with the current on the initial phase to the far-sighted rational investment. From the point of view of enterprise management, with the improvement of management culture level and experience, they begin to put more emphasis on the long-term interest of shareholders and enterprises rather than only caring the short-term interest.Our country’s capital market continues to promote and standardize so that the financial managerial goal of traditional enterprise has been unable to match the increasingly standardized market andthe whole complicated economic environment, which mainly lies in that the enterprise managerial goals rarely took capital time values and risks into consideration. Current, in terms of enterprise value management is the mainstream of the concept of financial management and the core content of enterprise value management is the enterprise value evaluation. But we have to be aware of that compared with foreign countries, our enterprise evaluation developed late and was influenced by traditional market ideas and unsound marketing eeconomy mechanism, which leads to its development laging behind and slowly. Therefore, it is essential to create an enterprise evaluation method that fits Chinese specific situation and realistic meaning.This article weighs on theoritical analysis, but it is not purely completely theory analysis and application. Which is on the basis of theoritical analysis, combined with the comparison and using chart and cases in some part.This paper firstly summarizes the current enterprise value assessment methods, found the advantages and disadvantages, then conducting analyzing and evaluating traditional enterprise on different phases with the corporate life cycle theory, which mainly aims to get more precise and scientific enterprise evaluation results.
