Getting into 21 centuries, the society's value toward talented person strengthens gradually, Business Enterprise's competition to manpower capital is also more and more vigorous. Business Enterprise's knowing the talented person's development and training work is valid method and path which strengthens business enterprise competition ability. Training needs analysis is premise and foundation of training, decide the success or failure for training directly, have an important function. The related research is concentrated in macro view mostly, for the tiny view research of this realm is related lack.This paper takes a financial business enterprise as its research object, the aim is passing "The theories of Business Enterprise's life cycle " and" Employee Training Satisfaction Survey " with train needs analysis contacts to carry on a research mutually, setting up the model of the training needs analysis. Emphasize understanding the essence, characteristics and method of thing in the widespread contact of the thing, be good for to carry on a more thorough research to the training needs analysis from a new angle.This paper takes the way that theories analysis and substantial evidence research combine together, carry on a research through records analysis, questionnaire, statistics , interview and so on. In investigating and studying with the domestic and abroad data of training need analysis, understanding the training present condition, the method and process of training needs analysis, employee training satisfaction, hoping can understand that financial business enterprise completely in training with training process of N financial business enterprise, hoping to understanding the existent problem and the shortage of method and contents with training needs analysis, is providing lessons for later training. Assuring business enterprise life cycle theories and employee train satisfaction survey influence the training needs analysis in reason logically, being on this foundation put forward contacting life cycle theories and training satisfaction survey with training needs analysis. And integrate the method and model of training needs analysis into a substantial analysis, design a practicable training need analysis model. Help a business enterprise accurate identify valid training needs, can make the aiming training activity .
