Research On The Development Strategy Of The Modern Manor Economy

In recent years, with the trend of the economic normalization, China is seeing a boom in the investment of the modern manor economic. Modern manor economy is the specific expression of the market economy under the economic normalization trend, and is the important form and development results that the modern and efficient agriculture breaks through the development bottleneck. At present, Yunnan is urgent need to change the traditional and inefficient agriculture to the modern agriculture the modern and efficient agriculture, so that the strategic goal that the characteristic agriculture in the plateau develops quickly is achieved. How quickly and efficiently to promote the agriculture transform and develop, and make the four modernizations that contain the industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization develop harmoniously, and promote the integration and construction of urban and rural areas, which needs to actively explore a development path that can not only speed up the agriculture modernization, but also enhance the development of new urbanization. However, it is a realistic and rational choice to speed up the agriculture modernization and promote the modern manor economy develop with all strength.The CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee put forward a strategy strategic vision that we should develop manor economy vigorously and formulated a series of measures to guarantee the implementation, in order to bring the construction and development of the modern manor economy in Yunnan province to a new stage. Particularly, in2013, Yunnan proposed to build100modern and characteristic agriculture boutique manors in five years, the strategic vision pushed the development of the modern manor economy in Yunnan to the peak. However, due to China’s modern manor economy is still in the development stage of creation and self-discipline, therefore, many problems exist in the modern manor economy.Based on Porter’s industry competitiveness analysis framework ("diamond model "), strategic group analysis framework, and the new perspective of industrial organization theory, through the review of modern manor economy development at home and abroad, the paper summarized and analyzed the successful experience in the process of economic development, constructed the development strategy model of our country’s modern manor economy according to the development reality of modern manor economy in our country. Namely, research on the development strategy of our country’s modern manor economy essentially is to choose different development models according to their respective locations and resource conditions at the first, and it is the second step to form the development direction and strategic choice which bases on the interaction and coupling between in the government function, industrial organization, enterprise behavior and the independent innovation under the same development model and the same area. In order to further verify the scientific nature, the rationality of the constructed theoretical model, this paper makes an empirical research on the modern manor economy in Yunnan. This paper studies the four key factors of developing the manor economy with Yunnan characteristics, and put forward to strengthen all levels of governmental management function, optimize the industrial organization and management, to construct market management mechanism and perfect the industrial independent innovation system and other aspects of the measures, which aims to promote the modem manor economy in Yunnan sustainable, efficient and healthy development, at the same time to provide the empirical basis of the theory and practice of the modern manor economy for our country.
